ZOREVA-UI CLI 終端使用者許可協議

Version 1.0 · applies to the zoreva-ui npm package, the zoreva command and the standalone binaries.

01許可

ZOREVA-UI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the CLI to build your own apps, while you hold a ZOREVA-UI account in good standing.

02所有權

The CLI, its prompts, skills and the ZOREVA-UI catalog are proprietary and remain the property of ZOREVA-UI. No rights are granted except those stated here.

03限制

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense or publish the CLI or any part of it; reverse engineer, decompile or extract its prompts or source, except where the law expressly allows it; remove notices; or use it to build a competing product.

04你的程式碼

Code the CLI writes into your projects is yours. You are responsible for reviewing it before you ship it.

05服務

Cloud features need an account and are governed by the ZOREVA-UI Terms of Service, including credits and fair use. ZOREVA-UI may require a minimum CLI version and stop serving older ones.

06無擔保

The CLI is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ZOREVA-UI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss.

07終止

This license ends automatically if you break it. Then you must stop using and delete the CLI.

08變更

ZOREVA-UI may update these terms; the version online applies to new releases.
