Frequently asked questions

Accounts, plans, the CLI, privacy and support. Can’t find it? Contact support.

Account

One account for the website, the CLI and the MCP server.

How do I create an account?
Sign up on zoreva-ui.com with an email code, Google or GitHub. See Sign in.
Does one account work everywhere?
Yes. The same ZOREVA-UI account signs you in to the website, the CLI and the MCP server.
How do I sign in to the CLI?
Run zoreva login in a regular terminal. The CLI opens your browser, you approve the sign-in, and the session is handed back to the terminal using PKCE. Sign out with zoreva logout.
How do I connect the MCP server?
It's hosted at zoreva-ui.com/api/mcp, so there's nothing to run on your machine. Add the config from the MCP page; your client opens zoreva-ui.com, you sign in and press Allow. Only if your client can't sign in, copy a fallback token from Account.

Plans and billing

Free works today. Paid plans are coming soon.

What plans are there?
Free ($0), Pro ($6), Pro+ ($15, 1,000 credits), Pro Max ($35, 2,000 credits), Ultra ($80, 5,000 credits) and Ultimate ($170, 10,000 credits), per month. Compare them on Pricing.
Can I buy a paid plan today?
Not yet. Paid plans are coming soon, so every paid button is disabled. Free works now and is never charged.
What is an AI credit?
Credits pay for the AI model in the ZOREVA-UI CLI. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and the CLI shows how many credits each reply used and how many you have left. With your own API keys (/keys), your provider bills you directly.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, on plans with monthly credits at full price. Plan credits you don’t use carry into the next month, up to one month of your plan’s credits, and expire 2 months after they roll over. The credits that expire soonest are used first. Rolled-over credits are kept until they expire, even if you switch to a cheaper plan or the free plan (including cancelling), and are lost if you delete your account. The promotional-price plan doesn’t roll over credits.
Can I get a refund?
If your latest subscription charge was in the last 14 days and you haven’t used the subscription in that period, you may qualify. Details are in the Refund policy.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from Account, at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Which payment methods and currency?
Payments go through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes such as VAT or IVA may be added depending on where you are.

CLI

The ZOREVA-UI CLI plans, edits and runs commands in your SwiftUI or Android project.

How do I install it?
On macOS and Linux: curl -fsSL https://zoreva-ui.com/install.sh | sh. On Windows (PowerShell): irm https://zoreva-ui.com/install.ps1 | iex. With Node.js 18 or later: npm i -g zoreva-ui. See Install.
Does it change files without asking?
No. Every edit shows its diff first: accept, reject, or accept all for the session. Plan mode (Shift+Tab or --plan) only reads and writes a plan until you approve it. See Diffs, undo and rewind.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Each prompt is a checkpoint: /undo reverts the files the last prompt changed, and /rewind goes back to before an earlier prompt.
Can I use my own API key?
Yes. Run /keys to connect Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, OpenRouter, Ollama or a custom provider. Your provider then bills you directly.
How do I update?
Run zoreva update. Release notes are on the Changelog.
Is the CLI open source?
No. It’s proprietary software licensed under the CLI license (EULA).

Privacy and security

What we collect, and how we protect it.

Does the CLI send crash reports?
Only if you opt in. Crash reports are off by default, asked once after a crash or turned on with /telemetry on, and never include your code, prompts or file contents.
Do you see my card number?
No. When paid plans launch, Stripe will collect card details. We receive limited data such as plan status, country and the last four digits of a card, never full card numbers.
Who processes my data?
Only providers that help run the service, under contract. The list is on Subprocessors; the details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I access or delete my data?
Email legal@zoreva-ui.com. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data.
How are CLI downloads verified?
Standalone binaries are checked against published SHA-256 checksums. See Security to report an issue.

Support

Where to look, and how to reach us.

How do I get help?
Start with the Docs, then the Support page. Email support@zoreva-ui.com from the address on your account.
Is something down?
Check Status for the website, API, MCP server, downloads and sign-in.
What should I include in a CLI bug report?
The output of zoreva --version, your system and what you ran.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes, on Feedback.
