Is ZOREVA-UI in beta?+

Yes. ZOREVA-UI is in beta, so features and plans may change. Free works now and is never charged. Paid plan prices are shown in full; there is no launch discount on new checkouts.

What is an AI credit?+

Credits pay for the AI model in the ZOREVA-UI CLI. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and the CLI shows how many credits each reply used and how many you have left. With your own API keys (/keys), your provider bills you directly.

Do unused credits roll over?+

Yes, on plans with monthly credits at full price. Plan credits you don’t use carry into the next month, up to one month of your plan’s credits, and expire 2 months after they roll over. The credits that expire soonest are used first. Rolled-over credits are kept until they expire, even if you switch to a cheaper plan or the free plan (including cancelling), and are lost if you delete your account. Months billed with a promotional discount don’t roll over credits. Prepaid credits, when offered, don’t reset with your plan; each purchase expires 365 days after you buy it.

Can I get a refund?+

If your latest subscription charge was in the last 14 days and you haven’t used the subscription in that period, you may qualify. Approved refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Details are in the Refund policy.

What happens when I downgrade?+

Downgrades don’t create prorated refunds or credits.

How do I cancel?+

Cancel any time from Account. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Compositions already on your machine stay yours.

Can I use it on client work?+

Free is for personal use. Paid plans include use in external projects. Reselling the catalog itself isn’t allowed.

Which payment methods and currency?+

Payments go through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and include taxes where applicable (IVA included in Mexico).
